The staff. The location was so ideal and peaceful. The animals are so friendly.

The rooms were nice and clean and we slept well. On the game drive we saw a few Nyala. The dinner was delicious, springbook carpaccio and then fish, prepared by a very skilled chef!

The sundowner drinks at the game drive were unusual modestly sized.

Everything was beautiful, the staff is professional yet friendly and the food was divine. Truly enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely be back.

The staff was friendly enough and the setting is beautiful. Dinner was well prepared. Room was lovely and comfortable and they made a big effort with turndown on our anniversary.

I booked an executive suite which had a jacuzzi installed, but it was used only as a “plunge pool” since neither the water heater nor the jets were working. That was quite a disappointment. Dinner was very well prepared, but we were not too impressed with breakfast. They were running late (even though breakfast only started at 8am) and I still had to wait 10 min for boiling water for my tea. The breakfast offering was very basic. I asked for Earl Grey tea, which they didn’t have. The “juice” was diluted concentrate. My husband asked for soft eggs and his eggs were just about completely set. Sausages were overcooked and toast was burnt. We really got the feeling that the person who prepared breakfast was not the same person who prepared the dinner.

The staff was kind and happy! The rooms are very big and away from each other, so there is no noise coming from other guests. The food was wonderful! And the breakfast... 🤩
