Food was great!

Lodge staff were not too helpful, when we arrived no bar staff. One waiter to take all the food orders, dinner we took forever to arrive!

"Magic!"

Location was sublime with views over the Jozini Dam and bushveld. The game drive was a highlight with our knowledgeable guide and we took some amazing photographs and enjoyed some complimentary snacks down at the water’s edge. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were amazing and the food and the presentation was amongst the best I have ever had. With a comfortable bed, a good night sleep, amazing location, fantastic staff and of course the game drive to round it all off. Quality! A 5 star experience!

Nothing but beautiful, staff and the place was beyond our expectations. It's was breath taking, wonderful and beautiful. From the security guard at the Gate to the Staff at the lodge we're very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and the lodge it's self we beyond beautiful 😍 🤩. I would highly recommend the place and I'm definitely interested in coming back. It's a beautiful hidden gems with Animal roaming freely around the Reserve and everything is beautiful.

Very friendly staff that goes an extra mile. We were late for dinner and they arranged for it to be left in our room and also ran a candlelit bubble bath for us. This was a very needed and appreciated surprise. Thank you.

Included a game drive of about 2 hours. While not the range of animals of the larger parks, there was plenty of interest. Staff very attentive at meal times.

Being made to sign an indemnity form the minute we arrived was not the most welcoming. Not sure what legal standing these have but this was the first place we visited where it seemed a big deal. Also off putting to see a list of charges in capital letters, in the room welcome pack, should you have been unlucky enough to break a glass, or the tv remote control, or another 10 or so items.
