Beautiful location, chickens and ducks at your door in the morning. Peaceful spot.

Electric went off a couple of times but other than that nothing.

"A distinctive, wonderfully restful place to stay overnight, on our way to cycle to Hull and beyond."

Extraordinarily peaceful location right next to lakes, reedbeds and water fowl, the perfect resting place after a long day cycling across the Wolds. The hosts were thoughtfulness itself and we were only sorry that our stay was so brief and we couldn't enjoy more of the facilities offered.

The main bed was a bit cramped and squashy. No other issues.
