"Unique location, great value and super host."

Great welcome from co-owner Barry. Super friendly, informative and very helpful, perfect host. Location next to the lake was gorgeous. Loved waking up to all sorts of birds (hens, ducks, geese, ginuea foul) just outside front door and feeding them the supplied bird seed.

Shower had very good flow rate and consistent temperature but the cubicle is quite small. Bathroom needs a shelf above toilet to put down all your toiletries and a privacy blind for window. Small double bedroom would benefit from shelf next to bed to allow for putting down of a drink, watch, phone and maybe a small lamp.

Amazing views over the humber , lovely animals, We had great fun feeding the birds outside the cabin. very friendly owner, very quiet location with amazing walks nearby.
