Wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Pool und spektakulärem Ausblick!

Die Ausstattung (Küche,..) könnte ein bisschen besser sein., das wird aber bald verbessert.

We stayed at the villa for a big birthday celebration. The first thing we encountered was the exceptional view, as it’s so high on the hillside , we had a full view of Nerja and out to the Mediterranean . The luxury of the villa is out of this world and all bedrooms having their own en-suite luxury bathrooms and great aircon. The host Federico couldn’t have been more helpful, with instructions, directions and recommendations for bars and restaurants locally. He was always available if we needed him and responded immediately to questions etc. There are two local bars within walking distance but you will need to be relatively fit to walk down and back up the hill. The stand out aspect of the villa is the roof top swimming pool which quickly became our main area to relax and sunbathe. The location is ideal for exploring other areas of the costa del sol. When speaking with people about where we were staying, everyone knew the villa as it is so striking when seen from anywhere in the area. We loved it so much much we’re looking to stay again in 2027.

Nothing, but you will definitely need a car to get around due to the hill top location , it’s easy to get a taxi but they will not come up the last steep part of the drive.

La vue est imprenable et la maison est une superbe villa moderne. Les pièces sont grandes et lumineuses. Il y a de nombreuses terrasses et une très belle piscine. La table de ping-pong et de billard est un plus sympa ! La maison est très bien située pour visiter la côte et Malaga.

Nous étions 8 et le ballon d'eau chaude n'est pas suffisant pour se doucher en même temps. La piscine n'est pas chauffée et l'absence de couverture ne permet pas de se baigner au printemps. La propreté du linge de maison laisse à désirer (oreillers jaunis, couette sans housse, serviettes tachées...). Certains équipements commencent à vieillir (canapé, frigo, tables...) ou sont absents (un seul sèche cheveux pour 8)

You need to be moderately fit to walk up and down the hill to the town. Only 15 mins down but quite steep. A car would be recommended.

What a beautiful villa was spotless and the views were amazing. Frederick and his family were there for everything and his sister took us shopping. Taxi were great and not too expensive to get in and out of town. We had a wonderful time. Treat yourself to a visit

Taxi did not come right up to villa. You had a short walk which was welcomed after lunches and dinner

Our stay at Villa Tierra in Nerja was absolutely exceptional! The house is huge, beautiful, and very comfortable – in reality it makes an even bigger impression than in the photos. The biggest highlight is the rooftop pool – this place is simply magical. Swimming with such an incredible view will stay with us for a long time. The house is located on top of a hill, so from the living room, which is glassed on three sides, and from the terrace you can admire spectacular views of both the mountains and the sea at the same time. The sunrises and sunsets were impressive every single day 😀 We were travelling as a group of four with our six-month-old granddaughter, and the downstairs bedroom with its own bathroom was a great option for us 💪 We had a separate entrance to the house and to the garage, which gave us comfort and a real sense of privacy. It’s an ideal place for people looking for peace and beautiful landscapes. We spent a wonderful time there and would happily come back again. We definitely recommend it!

fantastische lokatie, fantastisch uitzicht over bergen en de zee. enorm veel privacy, heel rustig op de berg, alleen fluitende vogeltjes!!

The villa was spectacular! It has to have one of the best views in Nerja, if not _the_ best view. The sea, mountains, town and sun take your breath away from every gigantic window, and from the pool on the roof. The property is clean, modern and well-built. It has a multitude of decks with outdoor furniture, so you can move around the house during the day to get as much - or as little - sun as you would like. When I travel, I'm typically one to explore and do activities, rather than lounge around and relax. This is one of the only places we've stayed where I just wanted to enjoy the house! Our hosts were friendly and communicative, and very accommodating when we had to check in on short notice.

Only downside is getting to the property is a little tricky because it's on a steep hill. Small price for the spectacular view, and you get used to it after a couple of trips. You can get to Nerja in ten minutes or so.
