Bonnie was incredible in making us feel welcome and comfortable

Uneven floors.

Small boutique hotel with nice and clean bathroom

Hallways are a little bit outdated

Excellent and convenient location right by the boardwalk, Althiough we booked knowing that breakfast was not included, we were very pleasantly suprised to have been offered a continental breakfast in the dining room/kitchen. Parking is onsite in the rear and also on the street in front of the inn. The room itself was well appointed and very clean, with complimentary toiletries,

Location of the air conditioning on the wall above the bed, is not an ideal placement.

The ladies at the desk were lovely. If you like historical buildings and period furniture you will like this Inn. The room was comfortable and clean. Lots of restaurants easy walking distance.

It felt like we were staying in someone's house. We had to lug our suitcases and cooler up a lot of steps, no elevator. Breakfast was toast and cereal you made yourself in a kitchen, no coffee. Small coffee maker in the room with only enough coffee for 2 cups.

Location can’t be beat. the hostess Bonnie was super welcoming - so nice to have that personal connection.
