Very good location, so easy to commute to restaurants, shopping stores, sightseeings, etc.

Quite old building and doesn’t have a paved parking lot.

"Comfortable stay and perfect location!"

The location was central and perfect for getting around Sydney and Cape Breton. Easy walking to waterfront and restaurants. The Spanish Bay Inn provided easy parking, average room space , AC and equipped with microwave , fridge and utensils. Bed was super comfy ! They provided a main kitchen area for guests on main level with basic supplies like juice, cereal , bread , coffee/tea etc for guest needs. Bonnie checked us in who was very friendly and accommodating and made the whole process and experience seem effortless.

"Good enough for overnight"

Clean inside and close to downtown

Parking lot dirty and lots of weed growth and garbage like coffre cups and bags

"Right across street to governors pub which had awesome food and view of the water"
