House could have done with a deep clean and also maintenence jobs that needed doing. Sun beds ripped. Most of all was the ants, lots of ants in and on patio particularly after a Gardener had been. Both husband and I were bitten all over by them. Notified keyholder that there was an issue, even sent photos but had no response. At the handover of the key, he said about having issues with mosquitos but it was ants that were the issue. We bought traps and ant spray to get rid of them ourselves. Also lack of response from keyholder regarding time to hand over key and when contacted regarding broken toilet seat etc he stated the owner will sort it when they come in November. Location good but we would not go back to the property when there are others around

Good outside and roof space, comfy, good quality beds, basic essentials provided, good facilites.

Needs a deep clean where things get moved and drawers, kitchenware etc is cleaned, under the beds etc etc. Lots of little DIY jobs, repairs, replacement need doing. One back door from the bedroom doesn't even lock... Looks good on the pics but I wouldn't pay this price again. One of those places the owner needs to go to and check everything. Garden furniture on the roof terrace is ripped, dirty cushions etc, dirty bbq.... Disappointing

The property is very secure, this was brilliant for my 4 year old they had plenty of space to run but could not leave the premises. The pool is a good size for small family. There was enough space inside, large bedrooms, good size bathrooms. Outdoor area is brilliant, grass area next to the pool is fake grass so no mess. The roof top is spacious and lovely in the evenings. The tiles on the floor are not shiny so no one slipped when wet which was a blessing! There is an English supermarket round the corner (3 min walk) very convenient for us. There’s also a store a few minutes walk that sells anything you may need. There are restaurants by this shop. It is quite a way from the beach, we didn’t go because it was over an hour walk, however we were more than happy in the villa with the pool so this didn’t effect our stay. The villa was clean on arrival. There were some outdoor toys, my child loved this so we bought a few more and left for the next people. The pool wasn’t heated but was not too cold to use, we all spent lots of time in it even on the cloudy day. Michael was very efficient coming to us, we hadn’t rang only text and he said he would be an hour when we had arrived but he was much quicker, was really helpful! The kitchen has all items needed just no microwave but we didn’t need one anyway. It’s a lovely little villa perfect for a family or couple. In a quiet area was really peaceful. We had a great time and no issues at all. We would be happy to book again.

I would advise to be organised with a taxi for going home. We were not and found it hard to sort, no Uber available. This was not an issue of the property, there were some taxi numbers in the handbook but we left it late so booked online.

The apartment was beautiful. Everything clean. 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The double beds were very comfortable. The pool area was so relaxing and pretty. Didn't really see or hear neighbours.

The pull out bed in the living room was not brilliant, but was OK. Pool walls were a little green in places. they just needed a bit of a clean. Other than that, the pool was fantastic.

BE WARNED⚠️⚠️⚠️ If you arrive after midnight, the keyholder will leave you stranded and will not meet you!!! This you find out the day before you travel. In our case, our flight was delayed. 😡 Also, place alive with mosquitoes and cockroaches. Really bad bites and ended up sick from the bites. Ideally, you need transport as the bikes aren't fit for purpose and you are too far away from everything to walk. It says 1km to the beach, NOT true!!! The villa itself is nice and comfortable but definitely would not return to leave families stranded in the middle of the night in a foreign country is absolutely disgraceful!!!😡😡😡😡

When I spoke to the keyholder, he said he can't work 24 hours, but surely he should arrange for someone to meet you, not leave you homeless for the night. He is money hungry as he is also the "cleaner" but gets you to clean before you go and arrived at 9.30 a.m. for check out!!! Eventhough technically no one was going into the villa until the next day because he was leaving another family stranded that night!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

The outside area is lovely. Nice sized pool to cool off in, plenty of sun and areas to relax. My son ADORED the pool. The location is nice and feels safe and secure. The rooftop seating area is lovely for the evenings or for no interrupted sunrays. It's a good-sized villa for 4 people.

My interaction with the keyholder (not the host) was horrendous. Firstly, when I returned his call, he said he didn't speak English. Then he did once he realised why I was calling. We arranged to meet at 3 pm. I used the location from booking.com, and it took us behind the building (we didn't know this at the time). He called me as we were around 7 minutes late at this point, telling me he was leaving in 5 minutes. He was abrupt and rude. I explained we were nearby but couldn't find it. My husband was trying to drive in Spain for the first time, so I said I needed to hang up to use the satnav. After travelling for 11 hours with a child in a foreign country, I would have liked a little bit of empathy. We asked locals where it was, and they didn't know. I rang the keyholder 9 times in a row to ask for help, and he cancelled all my calls. My husband was running around trying to find this keyholder, but yet he didn't offer any direction when he rang. He just said what his vehicle looked like. Me and my son were in tears from the stress, and I was just in disbelief that someone in this job title would be so rude. Eventually, my husband returned with the keys. There were no instructions on checkout, and the keyholder took 8 hours to reply to me, by this point I was in the airport, I ended up just leaving as we had an earlier flight, and they made no effort to maje arrangements. I even offered to drive the keys to them. I have no doubt if there was an issue with the accommodation that the keyholder would be useless. The villa was nice but in need of a deep clean. Marks on cupboards, build up of mould in showers, chocolate wrappers found by the bed. I feel the bare minimum is done in between customers, and it's starting to show. There were small things that hadn't been maintained or had been broken.

It was very dirty , had to clean as soon as we arrived , cleaning toilets hoovering and washing the floors etc wasn’t the perfect start to my holiday , I have taken photos to follow
