Villa was lovely, outside space nice

No internet apart from the first night, not enough towels, no pillows for the sofa bed, no microwave. Had contacted owner re early check in at midday & advised this would be fine but after contacting the key holder this was not possible as he had other commitments so we had to wait 3hrs to be let in, not ideal when you have 3 children & have been up since 4am. Messaged the owner who read my message but did not even bother replying to me

Property was beautiful. Roof terrace was amazing, day and night. albeit pool was freezing 😂

I had booked an early check in which was arrived at time of booking. the key holder when I called him refused this and hung up on me. we had to wait 5 hours til he would meet us. owner did not respond to any of my messages. this caused severe distress which was totally unnecessary.
