Delightful secluded little cottage. Everything you could need. Fran couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely breakfast treats. If you like a morning run or walk, the side gate takes you out to a little lane, down, round, through the woods and you'll find Frensham Pond, a beautiful spot.

Good location and well equipped. Great to walk to Frensham Pond.

The kitchen and hallway were cold as the radiators didn’t appear to be working. The TV satellite didn’t work well either. I was only there two nights so didn’t really matter.

"Beautiful cosy coach house in the serene Surrey hills"

It’s a gorgeous cosy space located in the beautiful Surrey hills landscape. There was everything you need in the coach house and Fran couldn’t be more accommodating.

Everything we needed.Private and quiet and full of gorgeous tasteful art and pottery and more. Perfect location for great walks and the Sculpture Park ....Everything you could need to cook or not and gorgeous little garden out front with lovely planting
