Claremont Coach House

Very spacious, facilities were great, clear communication from host, very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely little character cottage, decorated to a very high standard and with all mod cons! Fran our host was super friendly and the welcome goodies she provided was a really special touch! Nothing was too much trouble!

Absolutely nothing!

We absolutely loved our stay at Claremont Coach House. It’s a beautiful setting with lovely walks the doorstep. The courtyard was a lovely spot to have supper. We could have gone to the local pubs, but it was so nice there, we prepared a meal and ate outside, enjoying the Summer evening. The kitchen is well stocked and we particularly appreciated being supplied with croissants, jam, milk and butter for our breakfast. There is an ample supply of tea bags and instant coffee as well. The living room area feels like a snug: very cosy. The bedroom is also spacious and the bed comfortable and there is a wall of books to read if you are stuck for something to do.

Shower is a little difficult to control and avoid spraying the floor, but this is a minor quibble.

Gorgeous little cottage tucked away. Had everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Only stayed for the night and wished we could have stayed longer. Fran was a lovely lady who provided us with a lift to the wedding at Millbrook Court. The extra touches of bread, butter, jam, milk, and biscuits on arrival we're very much appreciated. Tea and coffee too.

It's a bit hard to find but Fran gave such detailed instructions beforehand we knew what to look out for. Mobile phone signal in the whole area isn't great, but that's a small price to pay for such a beautiful wooded area. You could use the free WiFi in the cottage to make internet calls so wasn't a massive problem.

Everything we needed. Very clean. Lovely location

Fran (our host) was courteous, helpful and a lovely lady. The accommodation is beautiful and in beautiful surroundings. Perfect for couples as well as families with up to 2 children. We were greeted in the kitchen with croissants, butter and some lovely strawberry jam as well as all that was needed for a nice hot drink after our journey there. Fran even gave us a wedding card as we stupidly left ours at home. 😘

A well presented comfortable accommodation with everything you needed provided for. The host Fran was easily contactable and we were welcomed with provisions of milk,butter,jam,croissants,crumpets and chocolate biscuits which was a lovely surprise.
