Please note a 50% of the of the rate will be charged for cancelations within 48 hours of having made the reservation. 100% percent of the reservation cost will be charged for other cases of no-show. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

La vista, las instalaciones, el entorno natural, la amabilidad del dueño.

Un poco incómodo el acceso al sector de las cabañas, en la noche había que llegar en auto, si no se hacía muy difícil.

La cabaña en sí está ubicada en un lugar muy lindo, la cabaña es rica y acogedora tiene calefacción en el baño exquisita y en el living también, agua caliente, cómoda y está bien equipada. El arrendador muy amable y atento.

En la cabaña que nos alojamos (N*2) le falta manutención general, ya que, tiene varios detalles (no deja de ser funcional) pero a nuestro parecer son bien importantes para mejor comodidad y visualmente y además le falta una limpieza profunda. Poca potencia de agua en la ducha y la ducha teléfono está en malas condiciones, sería muy bueno que se cambiara todo el "kit de ducha".

Solo la ubicación. El resto muy mal

La cabaña requiere urgente renovación y mantenimiento. Problema con el agua, apenas sale para una ducha (tenia 2) y sin abrir ninguna otra llave. Falta equipamiento básico en la cocina. Cero preocupación por tenerlas bonitas o al menos dignas. Una pena porque tienen mucho potencial. No recomendables!!
