5 mins walk to Skytrain Station

Bed was very comfy, only $20 CAD uber from airport, desk to work at if you need it. Other house guests were quiet.

I could not figure out how to work the ceiling fan

The actual room we stayed in was passable. The location was close to the airport.

We were told it was a shared location. Basically it was student accommodation. We had to walk through what was a flop house to get to our room. There was the basic requirements in our room (coffee, coffee maker, etc.), then there was no cups, glasses, dishes of any kind. Reality is, you need to pay in excess of $300 in Vancouver to get a decent place. We paid $220 for this place and it was an embarrassment. It was listed as a Vancouver Villa. It was alot of things, but it certainly wasn't a Villa.

Location is great to access the Skytrain—25 minutes to downtown and 20 minutes to the airport. The room has a little minifridge which was nice.

The room is in a shared house, and the place is not the most soundproof.

Location was primo - so close to the train station and very handy to convenience store, pharmacy etc.

No air conditioning and bathroom layout a bit weird.

The host kindly let us store our luggage from noon before check in. The sky train, supermarket & eateries were an easy 5 minutes walk. The room had fridge, microwave & there was also a shared kitchen available for use.

Shower pressure was awesome

Interesting lay out. But still worked
