5 mins walk to Skytrain Station

Bed was comfy and clean

Room was very small and very badly “renovated” and turned into a self contained apartment!

This place is a dump. There was dirty dishes in the kitchen, the whole house smelled. We did not stay afraid of what might lurk in the bed. I should get a refund.

The room is close to public transportation. Spacious and clean. Well equipped (small fridge, coffee, hair dryer, etc).

The room needs some refreshing and small work to be more welcoming. The sound isolation between rooms is very bad. The quiet time (10pm-8am) was not well respected.

Close to skytrain, room was comfortable and house was easy to find. Close to restaurants and T&T grocery store

Directions from skytrain to house would have been helpful on which exit to take. I ended up walking around skytrain as No street signs and it was dark, so I couldn't see the street signs that were posted. Head towards Marine Dr exit would have been helpful

Place was run down It was only a room in a shared house. Shower was a nightmare

cleaness can be improved. Mattress is a bit too soft.
