5 mins walk to Skytrain Station

The location is ideal to reach the airport easily. The room is spacious and comfortable with a private bathroom. I recommend it !

The bathroom door and wall was broken down a bit. The woman in the room against the wall was blaring TV against the wall into late into the night. Vancouver is horrible to find a place to stay. But this seem taking advantage.

Location is convenient.

Cleanness is poor.

It is in a really convenient location, really near to the Skytrain to the airport. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great

The room and bathroom could probably do with a deep clean as it feels a bit grubby. The kitchen was a mess and dirty as people live in the shared house full time (this is mentioned in the listing). This meant that I didn't really want to cook. It just felt overall a bit odd as the room had been partitioned into a bedroom, bathroom and a study using bits of plywood for walls

Close to metro stations and supermarkets. Toilet is neat and tidy.

Ceiling fan is not working (host didn't reply msg to fix it) and no air-conditioning. Not good for summer time.

The location was convenient and the bed was comfortable.

Pretty much everything. Described as a “villa” it was in fact an ensuite room in a share house- more like a hostel. (There was even a screened off “bedroom” at the entrance). Although there were facilities as listed, they were in the shared public areas - nothing much in the room at all ( no tv, crockery or cutlery, no jug, 1 desk chair) Naturally , this led to personal clutter, dishes etc lying about. In addition, the room was shabby with many broken items (blind, lamp, fan too wobbly to turn on, bathroom door missing handle,, chips on desk and wall) I felt totally misled and would never have booked if I had known what it really was like, particularly for the price charged, which was more as I would have expected for a “villa”
