The host is extremely kind, offering you all the help and guidance to have a great stay.The location is wonderful, close to several beaches.The house has all the conditions to make you feel good. Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful! The property was beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor area, including the pool and hot tube, was perfect for relaxation. David (the host) was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure our stay was comfortable. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Great house - spacious, renovated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very private, good location - nice beaches just few minutes by foot, but not far from the main street with restaurants and shops. Perfect communication with the owner. Highly recommended.

EVERYTHING LIKE ON PICTURES. All the furnishings in the house are of a very high standard. The owner's care is also very good and contact is available 24 hours a day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We will definitely come back again and again. Thank you

Everything! Very clean villa and everything you could possibly need. Good location, just a short walk to beaches supermarket and good selection of restaurants. Bus stops on the main road (but need a bit of looking for) but will take you to Ayia Napa, Protaras etc and approx 1.50 per person each way. Great communication from the owner with many tips of places to eat etc, and always available for any questions, the best owner we have ever had! Would definitely recommend a stay here and will be back again I’m sure.
