GREAT VILLA MARIA

The villa is exactly as in the pictures, very clean, comfortable and with very well equipped kitchen. Excellent pool and jacuzzi. David was the perfect host, he guided and advised us in every way, making our stay very pleasant. Thanks again for everything. We highly recommend Villa Maria!

Everything was perfect

Nothing! This has just ruined our holidays. We don’t know from where the good reviews come from but we completely regret it. Check in was at 14.00, we managed to get in the villa at 16.30, after a lot of calls and messages abroad to the host. We were waiting outside (41 oC) for more than two hours for the cleaners to finish cleaning. Nobody has contacted us. The villa was very dirty, as well as the pool and surrounding area, air-conditioning in the living room did not work (water was coming out of it, it was even dangerous) + insects everywhere!!!

Everything. We were waiting for so long about this, it just ruined our holidays.

In 3 words: Amazing quality/price ! This place is just awesome, fully equipped kitchen, no strings attached, even the fridge deliver sliced ice for great mojitos! The villa is clean, comfortable, good living. And a villa with bluetooth music on the pool ? Honestly, first time in my life ;) The street is like you feel in Florida ! I'm a bit exaggerating, but it's so nice , feeling like in a private residency !! The surrounding is anything i would wish for, late big shop around, snacks, bar, english pub, beach, great special occasion restaurant like Farolos, casual local Cyprus restaurant with sea view and live music, ... Like 5 min by walk ! The hospitality of the host is just remarkable! David is the kind of host you would dream about (at least we did!) for all the kind of tips he gaves before and during the stay ! Awesome honestly and sincerity ! We discovered a diving agency that we have rated 5/5 just of all those tips ! Even amazingly David would tell you when there is a nice party liveshow around ! Rating is not often easy not even with a Marriott (considering price, location, cleanliness, services, etc.. ) That's how i give a 10/10 first time ever on Booking.com on a place !

The ground floor of the villa was fully renovated with brand new designed chairs. sofas and a brand new kitchen with a new fridge, TV, there was a new X-BOX in the house! The host was very helpful and always available when we needed him at any time of the day! There is a Hot Tub in the house, a pool which was perfect for our holidays and very comfortable garden sofas! The neighborhood is quiet and very close to many food places, bakery, bars and very close to the beach! Good location! overall we definitely suggest this villa for other guests to stay!

Small suggestion! The second floor of the house can be also renovated! The hot already advised that new A/C will be fitted and an outdoor shower which is amazing!

Lovely villa brimming with gadgets and equipment, good pool and hot tub, extremely clean, and 5 minutes walk to good beaches, shops and eateries. But most of all is the exceptional host, David, who was attentive, excellent communicator and a joy to interact with. Take a bow my friend 😊
