The location in the middle of the Massai Mara

While we booked a room with air conditioning, the hotel management told us they have no rooms with air conditioning, the management reacted very arrogant on the question why it is written at booking.com that an air condition is available, and said it’s the failure of booking.com. They charged us additional 612 USD as we used the double rooms as a couple instead of single and they did not inform us about this at check in but only at check out, it was like getting blackmailed as we could not leave without this payment. Staff was nice but only focused on getting tips all the time (some times they requested it very direct). Not worth the money.

Location can’t be any better, absolutely amazing and the game drives are awesome too. You get to see wildlife from your room.

There was a leak, and we weren’t moved to another room, so we had to put all the beds together and squeeze in a corner. Food could be better too, not many options especially with protein, there was many times where there was only one choice in the buffet. Not rating it lower because the service is great and because of the location etc …

Very unique property with cool African architecture. I like everything about this place.
