It was great having our own pool, villa was lovely.

Walls are thin you could hear neighbours and outside noise at nighttime

Nice villa, ideal for 2 but ok for 4. All mod cons. Comfy beds with good air con. Nice pool but steps are a bit steep. Great welcome pack, especially if arriving in evening like we did. Generally quiet, but dependent on neighbours.

Check in process. Literally is 24 hours before estimated arrival time, so having to complete this and arrange international bank transfer (security deposit) the night before travelling. Finally received loads of access instructions when arriving at Lanzarote airport! You lose approx £23 when getting deposit back due to charges/exchange rate! Going to fuerteventura next month and they require cash on arrival for security deposit, which they'll return on departure. Some people don't use cash these days, but for us, this is a better option than a bank transfer. Some improvements to make this a 10, would be, better cleaning (we washed the dirty sunbed cushion covers and swept cobwebs from behind doors etc. Need to replace cracked wine glasses and supply cushions for all 4 sunbeds. Handwash supplied but no shower gel, shampoo etc.

La casa está bien, no es muy grande pero tiene lo necesario para pasar unos dias tranquilos y en familia. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para descansar.

La solicitud de la fianza, nos lo dijeron unos dias antes, y aunque esta en el anuncio no está bien claro. No me parece correcto pedir fianza sin ver antes la casa. Sobre todo porque la vivienda tiene bastantes desperfectos del uso cotidiano. Necesita algunos arreglos y algo más de mantenimiento.

The villa was very clean well equipped and in a great location close to the beach and marina. The welcome pack was greatly received as we arrived very late. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms provided relief from the heat. There were plenty of towels plus towels for the sunbeds. Our questions to the host were answered promptly and instructions for arrival were perfect. We would stay again.

Only one small thing. There were only 5 coathangers provided.

Amazing location. Perfect presentation with a bottle of wine and a bottle of bubbles! All clean and smells amazing. You have all facilities. Nice swimming pool, great bbq place. We were sitting all the time outside for our dinner. Perfect service.

Deposit: I think deposit could be collected by way of blocking the amount on the card instead of sending cash via bank payment. I think this is something what can be offered by booking.com

Everything Very clean and good location

Villa/pool was lovely and they provided a lovely welcome pack.. it was further out to playa Blanca than we thought.. cabs are non existent/hire cars all fully booked. Buses are cheap and easy though. There are two supermarkets in walking distance but be prepared to walk ALOT
