Great communication. Property in a lovely peaceful location and exactly as described. Welcome package was a lovely touch along with a late check out to help due to flight times.

The Villa itself was really lovely. It was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The private pool was a huge luxury.

One interaction with a member of VillagaroeD management team was very off putting. I felt like a child being chastised for making a simple request. Lies were told as part of the chastisement.

Very generous welcome pack. Provided fruit, drinks, breakfast a nice touch. Comfortable beds. Ample sun beds, pool good to cool down in. Safe private parking very useful.

Had to pay 350 Euros deposit via international bank transfer independently of booking.com. Didn't notice this when booking as it was listed the property specific information not in the payment section. Then needed to give them my banking details to return the deposit. This was returned less bank transfer fees. Communication was via WhatsApp. I was not happy doing this.

Villa was lovely and clean, loved the artistic touches, and the pool BBQ area was wonderful. we felt very comfortable here. welcome pack of food and wine was really appreciated. The villa itself was perfect and we enjoyed the stay.

The damage deposit should be more prominent on booking instructions, we didn't notice this and hosts never mentioned it until we enquired about access instructions. The deposit transaction also cost us an extra £23 in bank fees . We asked the hosts if they could recommend a luggage storage place as our return flight was a late one. They kindly agreed to let us check out late, but then sent us a message at 11.48am on check out day, saying we now needed to leave by 11am!, they then sent a further message after we had left saying we could now stay a little longer. . Whilst I empathize with the hosts as they had another booking they could have communicated better.. The TV did not seem to have a single English speaking channel , but to be honest we only tried looking once.

The villa was wonderfully clean and the air con upstairs was very powerful. The welcome pack was very thoughtful and we were very grateful for the earlier check in. Lovely touches such as the rose petals and the wine! The bed was really comfy and we slept well as the complex was very secure. The location was good for the bus stop, Antonio’s bar and the supermarket. The host was very helpful and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with - excellent customer service!

A full length mirror in one of the bedrooms would have been helpful. The villa opposite was having major renovation work done to it so there was a lot of construction noise in the day. The workman didn’t start until 8am so we weren’t woken up it, it was just noisy when sunbathing etc.

Very spacious for a couple, enjoyed having two bathrooms, felt very much like we were in a home compared to other holiday let’s, close to amenities but far enough to allow a quiet relaxing time, gated community felt very safe. Outside area is beautiful and we really enjoyed relaxing there. Great kitchen and laundry facilities.

Master bedroom could do with soundproofing against high wind noise, hot water for showering is on a time limit and we couldn’t run both showers at the same time. Neither issue a big deal for us. Huge terrace area upstairs had no furniture in it so couldn’t be used, a table and chairs or even a hammock would be a great addition to this and we would have definitely used this area if we could.

A very comfortable house, well furnished with everything provided to make the stay memorable! Outside space was lovely and it was good to have different options when viewing the TV. What a lovely idea to provide a generous welcome pack! Great to be able to park the car safely and off the road. Highly recommended 🌟

Some basic cleaning products might be a good idea!

Pool cleaner arrived at 7pm on check in day to clean the pool, after then the pool filtration system was turned off for the whole week and freezing cold Quite a noisy residential complex Quite far from any shops or bars/restaurants so you will need a car
