Breakfast was excellent. Omelette was exceptional

Our plumbing was blocked. The pool sunbeds were limited to two and the umbrella stands were a problem. The patio furniture was rustic and not comfy. We would have say on the patio for drinks if it had been more comfy furniture it's mainly wooden tables and one corner has wooden type furniture

The staff were outstanding! Very friendly and efficient. The food at the restaurant was amazing! The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious! Seeing the small springbokkies run around at night is an extra bonus and so beautiful to see. Sitting at the fireplace at night listening to the waves crashing in the background was very relaxing!

The beds were abit hard and uncomfortable. Would've liked for a TV to be in the room as well.

The food was divine. If you want to rest and love the sea and nature this is the holiday for you

I would prefer that there was an aircon or at least a ceiling fan. Perhaps a vending machine as well. It is 23 km from the nearest town.

The Lodge is a perfect place to relaxe. I spend two nights at Draaihoek Lodge. The accomodation is great with an open fire place. I enjoyed walking at the fantastic beach without meeting any other people. The pool area is great, too. I have had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The menu was excellent. I enjoyed everything. Thank you very much.

Nice place and location

Dinner was ordered before 19.00 hours, and it took more than 1 hour to tell us we couldn't get what was ordered. The owners were here for a holiday from Belgium, and all the staff wanted to impress them and forget about the rest of the guest. Finally, the food arrived but was not very impressive except the cake was great, we didn't pay for the cake because of the long waiting time. We, however, would have preferred good food and service.

Very pleasant stay at this beautiful location. The beach section with easy access is spectacular. Loved the very helpful and attentative staff.

Quiet, tranquil and off the beaten track. Close to the ocean.

Property needs some maintenance.
