Perfect base to visit Chachapoyas, Kuelap, Revash and other sites in the surroundings. We had a big charming and comfy room in the first building, facing the mountain and more quiet than the more modern rooms in front of the swimming pool. Food menu is simple but tasty. There is only one restaurant in the vicinity, which also makes simple but good local food (and plays loud music!) ;)

All good. The staff consists of one guy who does all the cleaning, from rooms to swimming pool, and also serving food and drinks and one or two in the kitchen, which can be a challenge if the hotel gets a lot of guests at the same time, but they work really hard to make the place welcoming and your stay comfortable.

The food was excellent. This hotel is close to the gondola that goes to Kuelap. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Shower was nice and hot.

Our stay here is completely messed up because of unfair charges and blackmail! Read below for more information.

DON'T GO THERE!! They communicated us a very good price on the Internet, but they forced us to pay a lot more before our arrival, if no, they would cancel our stay there (note the blackmail). We did this payment (supposing that they would give us back a part of this amount at our check-out) but they said that this higher price is because of the high season, whereas on the official booking documents they communicated us the lower price. So please, do not book here, they will not hesitate to charge you a lot of extra money. Such an unjust service needs to be boycotted!
