What a gorgeous house! Beautiful decor. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived, which made us feel comfortable and right at home. I loved that it's in a peaceful spot, yet the ocean, the water park, and the supermarket are all just five minutes away by car. It has a private heated pool — heating is an extra €100 a week — but I didn't need to use it; the water was already perfect temperature

A very beautiful, bright, and spacious house. It had everything we needed. Three terraces with ocean views. The view was stunning. Private pool. There is also a second pool on the property, but we didn’t use it. Very convenient: two free parking spaces in the garage right next to the house. A very professional and friendly property manager. She was always available, and she recommended some great seafood restaurants to us.

Cinque anni fa abbiamo trascorso una vacanza in famiglia in questa splendida villa per la prima volta . Amo questi luoghi: aria pulita, tranquillità e una casa confortevole situata in cima alla collina. L'oceano e la città sono facilmente raggiungibili, anche se è necessario avere un'auto. Per me non è un problema, perché a Tenerife la macchina è praticamente indispensabile per muoversi liberamente. A soli cinque minuti da casa si trova il Siam Park, considerato uno dei migliori parchi acquatici del mondo. I bambini ne sono entusiasti: tra attrazioni spettacolari e la possibilità di vedere da vicino squali e leoni marini, il divertimento è assicurato. È un luogo che unisce perfettamente relax, natura e divertimento per tutta la famiglia. I proprietari 100 e lode !

Lovely villa, stylish and bright. Plenty of space and everything you need. Amazing ocean views from all three terraces. Erika, the manager, was very professional and attentive. We’ll be back for sure.

This was by far one of the worst experiences we have ever had with accommodation. The property is completely misleading and does not match the listing at all. The photos are nothing like reality — not even remotely close. What is advertised as a “villa” is, in reality, closer to a low-standard hostel. The moment we walked in, we were hit with a strong, unpleasant smell of mold. The entire place felt dirty, poorly maintained, and far below any acceptable standard. The furniture, including the sofas, was unclean, and the overall condition made it impossible for us to stay. What makes this even worse is the owner’s behavior. They were quick to respond to us directly, yet chose to ignore Booking.com entirely and avoid taking any responsibility. Instead of addressing the issues, they dismissed them and acted as if the situation was normal. We left immediately upon arrival and contacted Customer Support right away, explaining everything in detail. This place is a complete misrepresentation and, honestly, feels like a scam. We would strongly advise anyone to avoid booking this property.

Ми на Тенерифе не вперше, але ця вілла подарувала нам нові емоції. Нам сподобалося абсолютно все, але особливо хочеться відмітити: вигляд з вікон та балкону, а також душ з панорамою на все місто і океан ! Повітря там зовсім інше. Гарна простора вітальня- кухня з всім необхідним! Вночі і ввечері дуже тихо, не чути шуму міста, теплий басейн відчуття справжнього релаксу, не хочеться спускатися до океану)) Дуже зручна і простора мастер спальня з неймовірними краєвидами!
