Location was fantastic

Understaffed and sound from bedrooms on either side was very loud and breakfast not served until 9am

The location. Also there was one very nice and obliging barman. There was good music in the bar in the late evening and a nice vibe.

Breakfast was dreadful. My husbands fry was absolutely swimming in grease and the sausages were at best luke warm. My ‘ fluffy pancakes’ were simply pancakes out of a packet which were not even heated properly- they were almost cold. We could see into the kitchen and it did not look very clean. We also saw a large spray can of Raid sitting on one of the work areas . Our bedroom was like a portacabin - separate to the main building. It was very tight for space and it felt like a budget room you might expect to get on a cruise ship.

Surprised no TV in room. Didn't find kettle till morning in wardrobe? But other than nice to stay great surroundings

Great location. Buzzing pub atmosphere. Great food and music. Staff friendly and efficient.

The pods are a little compact
