Monkey Mansion - Jungalows & Tours

The national park is very close and the jungalows are very beautiful and well maintained. The cottage is very cute, but also very open - they have a mosquito net to take care of that. Great bathroom view. The staff is really well organized and attentive. It’s clearly designed for all the activities you can do in the area. It’s a great alternative to the extremely touristic environment closer to the entry of the park.

Activities are very expensive, and everyday you enter the park you pay entry fee again.. so it does add up including tips.

Man schläft in dieser Unterkunft in wunderschönen Bungalows inmitten eines grünen Pflanzendschungels. Diese sind schlicht und praktisch eingerichtet aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Im Hauptgebäude befindet sich das Restaurant, in dem man neben Frühstück auch Mittag- und Abendessen bekommt. Die Preise hier sind sehr fair und das Essen sehr lecker. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft für alle, die in Khao Sok abseits der Touristenströme eine entspannte Zeit haben wollen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unfassbar nette Personal: wir wurden super herzlich aufgenommen und bei allen unseren Fragen (Taxi, Dschungeltour, etc.) mehr als freundlich unterstützt - 12 von 10 Punkten!

Für uns war alles perfekt, aber folgende Punkte könnten andere Leute stören: - keine AC (nur Ventilator) (war aber gut temperierbar) - naturnahe Zimmer (es kann schon mal eine Spinne oder ein Gecko den Weg ins Bungalow finden)

We had a lovely room although the beds were a bit hard. The room and bathroom were open to all the jungle so bring repellent. The fan in M2 room did not swing to both beds which meant for a sticky hot night for the person in the single bed. Shower worked well. It is a good walk to the local shops but this was no problem for us as we had a car. The staff organised a private boat trip on the lake in the national patk, tailored to what we wanted and that was great. We didn't fancy a boat with aleast 10 other people in it! If we didn't have transport we would have felt a bit trapped here. Overall a lovely stay.

Me gustaron los bungalows (la estética) y las personas que trabajan aquí. También las excursiones que ofrecen, son top, sobre todo la de cooking bambú con night safari.

No me gustó porque los bungalows estaba totalmente abiertos, es decir, entraban mosquitos a la habitación, abejas etc. el baño tiene una ventana que está abierta y ‘la ventana’ de la habitación es corredera pero tiene un hueco por arriba, por lo que entran de todo. No ha wifi en la habitación pero esto es lo de menos.

Le lieu est magique, en plein milieu de la jungle et légèrement éloigné du centre ville. Le personnel est génial et nous a réservé un superbe accueil. Les excursions proposées étaient géniales et abordables.

Le confort est assez rudimentaire. C’est normal car c’est le concept du lieu, mais quelques efforts supplémentaires pourraient être faits pour gagner en confort.

Notre couple de cœur Khao Sok, magnifique au lac, paysages extraordinaires je recommande cette excursion L’hotel était loin du bruit en pleine nature au milieu de la faune locale Heureusement il y un ventilateur dans la chambre il fait chaud le soir mais dans la nuit il fait frais Personnel trés sympathique rien à redire
