The game reserve is beautiful and the views were amazing. The rooms are simple, but they fully match the description on Booking.com. The staff was friendly, and we really enjoyed the boat cruise. The ranger was especially nice.

Young lady from restaurant saved the day.

The bell at the gate not working, no security erson at the gate. Despite earlier communication few times and days ahead of check in, the code to front gate was sent on the same day when we were checking in, so surely if one travels for 500 km it is no time to check the phone all the time. Waiting at 6pm at the gate for 30 minutes and no cellphone signals in the that area caught up with frustration. It was luck the delivery guys came and opened gate for us. This place needs a better hands on manager.

La limpieza de la habitación, el baño era oscuro y la bañera muy sucia.

"What a Gem"

What a lovely stay the staff was ssoo friendly and welcoming. Dinner was lovely breakfast to. Accommodation was brilliant and clean. The view from the rooms was breathtaking.
