The location, the size of the villa.

No air conditioning or BBQ, we did purchase a small one and left it at the villa in case anyone wise wanted to use one after us. We couldn't open the windows and leave the shutters closed for air coming into the villa on an evening for the upstairs bedroom as the mosquitos were straight in so it would benefit from some thing to help with the heat on an evening. It would also benefit from a second sun brolly for during the day as there is only one for 6 sunbeds and it does catch the sun most of the day.

Well presented property, very efficient host Antonio. Excellent pool man, cleaned every second day. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms , one large and one smaller lounge upstairs, perfect for families. Stunning views from upper floors. Very close to Spar supermarket, and highly recommended restaurant -Mario’s.

Location of the Villa was perfect, 5mins to 10mins to the Harbour, views of the harbour was amazing, roughly 15mins walk to the main strip, or 2mins in a taxi which cost no more than 4 euros, highly recommended.

"Top quality villa."

Just back from 14 nights at Villa Felicidad. The villa is spotless. We were greeted by Antonio on arrival. There's plenty of room-there were 6 of us. We had two teenagers in the group and they loved the top floor, a separate sitting room, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The wrap around balcony with stunning sea views was beautiful. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Pool is fantastic! The pool was cleaned every second day. The kitchen is well equipped. Washing machine was a godsend and a little private courtyard to hang up clothes. It's very close to the Spar shop and some lovely restaurants-Mario's is a hidden gem!! I would highly recommend Villa Felicidad. We loved our stay here.

The property was very spacious, plenty big enough for the five of us. Very good kitchen facilities, lovely pool. We found the villa very relaxing.

There was nothing that we did not like. We would have liked more sun shade umbrellas as there wasn’t much shade on the patio area. There was also no barbecue although it did say there was on the website for the villa
