Villa Felicidad

The villa was spacious and though out of town was close to a few local bars and cafes for breakfast / lunch. Pool attendant came round every other day .

The sofa in the main lounge had peeling leather not very appealing . Not enough mugs and glasses ( barely enough for four ). Showers went cold if more than one person used a shower at same time and very weak output . The outdoors lounge cushions need cleaning or replacing .Day before we left the “host” arrived unannounced. Would prefer some notice .

Spacious, clean, well equipped villa. Perfect for our family Xmas trip. 2 rooms downstairs with 1 upstairs and a 2nd living area with sofa bed which could be used as a 4th bedroom. Beds are incredibly comfortable also. 3 Spacious bathrooms with a hairdryer provided in each one. Sea and marina Views from upstairs balconies were spectacular. Pool was clean and enjoyable for all. Towels provided for bathroom and pool. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and full sized fridge freezer in kitchen with plenty of crockery etc for a family of 6/8. A full sky TV package and wifi available also. Antonio met us on arrival and also came with wine and gifts to celebrate Christmas which was a wonderful gesture. Cleaner's came on day 5 of our 10 day stay to change towels and give villa general clean. In the winter there is no heating within the villa however we were provided with 100% polyester blankets which were great in the colder evenings. Spar shop and a couple of small bars and restaurants are literally 2 minutes walk away. With the old town centre a 10 minute downhill walk away. Taxis were readily available for the uphill trip home costing between 3 & 5 €. New Town main strip is around 4 & 7 € in taxi depending on which part your headed to. We had the most wonderful stay and are already looking at future dates to return.

I'd honestly say the worst part of our trip was probably getting back up the hill on an evening however as previously stated taxis are readily available

Good location, easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Nice layout, lovely heated pool.

The building work opposite the Villa, Jackhammers all day long, apparently finishing date Feb 2025. For what we paid, we should have been told about the work going on.

Spacious, good views, great for separate couples visiting as bathroom each.

Nothing apart from it could do with more shades by the pool.

Great size pool big and cleaned regularly it was very comfortable for 6 people would highly recommend

It’s a nice walk to old town but all downhill I couldn’t fault the property itself
