Villa Felicidad

We loved how spacious the villa was. Our two teenage boys especially loved the second floor lounge with the large tv (including netflix) and the heated pool. Location was perfect, albiet a little hilly for grandad but when the hills were too much taxies were plentyful and cheap. We have stayed in the new town before but would much prefer the serenity of the old town now.

we loved everything about this villa.

The swimming pool was lovely. Cleaned twice in our 1 week there. Towels were replaced mid-week. Three showers, one for each bedroom, perfect for families. 2 minute walk from local shop. Tv downstairs was excellent, full sky package and English channels.

It sleeps 6, yet only 4 mugs. 3 bowls. Little utensils to say it’s self catering. Only one parasol which didn’t work in the garden area (this has been mentioned in previous reviews and nothing has been done) We were broken into, they forced open the back patio door, this ruined our holiday as they stool so much.

Location was excellent, brilliant views over the harbour, handy for shop and restaurants. Antonio was an excellent host nothing was too much trouble. We had a pool problem and he had it sorted out straight away.

Villa could have done with a little tlc. Window in the front bedroom wouldn't shut so we had to keep shutters closed. Fittings in bathrooms were a little rusty

this Villa is extremely comfortable. it has everything you would need, spotlessly clean, and loads of room. It’s in a great location. quiet area, walking distance to the old town where you will find lots of lovely restaurants and a short and very inexpensive taxi ride to the main strip, shops, bars, restaurants etc.

there is nothing I disliked. It does not have air conditioning but that wasn’t a problem for us in Oct/Nov . In the height of Summer all the windows have shutters and there are fans provided if necessary. If I was to be very picky the large towel stands should be changed as they are quite rusty and stand out in an otherwise immaculate property

Villa is huge, pictures really don’t show just how much space you have. The pool is amazing, really clean (over 10 days the pool cleaner came 4 times) and bigger than it appears in pictures.

If I had one complaint it would be a few of the fixtures like towel stands/toilet roll holders that sort of thing could be replaced with new ones. The ones we had were quite worn and rusted. It kind of took away from the overall beauty of the property, it’s just those little things that make everything come together.

Villa was gorgeous, spotless clean, spacious. Towels & hairdryers supplied. Pool area was fab, plenty of sun loungers.

Could of used a couple more parasols around the pool area.
