SELVA RESORT Ocean View Luxury Villas

We loved every minute! From waking up seeing the ocean, to the very nice monkey visits. Probably the best villas I ever stayed. Amazing staff, always available to help. Emilio is supper available and helped us a lot with trip planning and organizing our activities . Amazing villas, embedded in the “jungle” . Not only very comfortable but the decoration and architecture is INCREDIBLE . Also supper good location , in the center of Santa Teresa but you still feel you are in the “jungle “

Our stay at Villa Ivy was absolutely incredible! The villa offers breathtaking ocean views and stunning sunsets, all surrounded by green nature. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature's beauty. The terrace was a fantastic spot to work from, providing a peaceful environment and excellent internet connectivity. Great Staff! Emilio, the concierge, was exceptional. He was always ready to assist and provided good recommendations. The housekeeping team was impeccable! Their attention to detail was impressive. The location is ideal, with a short walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. Overall, our experience at Villa Ivy was nothing short of perfect. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient, and relaxing getaway.

What breakfast ?

Stairs, rat poop inside, essentials missing on kitchen, only one small bathroom, etc.

Loved it!!! Infinity pool was beautiful and refreshing after a long day exploring. Fantastic view. Home is lovely and super comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

The hill up from the street is pretty challenging to walk, but as long as you have a car, it is not a problem.

Amazing luxury villa in Santa Teresa. Owner and concierge can't do enough for you. Amazing views that make it hard to leave. The decking area and outdoor furniture (including hammock) were a touch. Loved everything about it.

We had a beautiful experience, we loved the pool upstairs and the views to the horizon. The bedrooms where cozy and nice modern tropical vibe. The service was great and all the atention. Great spot near everything!

The view was nice although we could not even enjoy it because the was nonstop construction noise. There was not much to like about this place it was all misleading. Please see the next explanation and pictures to understand it all.

Horrible resort does not show what the pictures do. Got robbed by his construction workers. I would not recommend booking this place all we heard all day was banging from the construction. I He proceeded to yell at us a few times. No screen's on the doors so you cannot leave the doors open for the home. We got 2 ipads stolen and they tried to break into our safe. Take a note at the google view where you can see the construction site in the "safe gated community". The doors were open in the gates at all times and there are 15 random construction workers living in the "gated community" in tents and cars with you. Definitely not safe.

The property is very nice, we would love to come back as soon as time permits! It has two great master bedrooms and a beautiful sunset view, pool, and amazing service

What’s not to like?!

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the brand new Studio 54 at Selva Resort, and it was most definitely an unforgettable experience! This place is an absolute masterpiece - with blend of modern luxury and incredible architecture. Elegantfurnished, yet inextricably connected to the immersive natural, jungle environment - it’s the absolute perfect getaway, and Studio 54 is literally brand new with the best finished you can ever imagine. I also have to mention the amazing service and staff at Selva Resort who truly go above and beyond to make sure that every guest has a personalized and memorable experience. Sam, the owner is incredible and personable, as well as Tomas, the manager are all fantastic gave us excellent recommendations for activities, local restaurants, and we were highly impressed with all of them. They were one of the most personable, hospitable teams I've ever come across at boutique properties. This Studio 54 at Selva is definitely a quiet haven for travelers looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. They did an exceptional job making it feel like you’re one with nature here. The location is right in the heart of downtown next to charming boutiques and eclectic cafes and restaurants. Can't wait to be back!!

The attention to detail was amazing, and the concierge hotel was very cordial and educated, explained where all the attractions, restaurants, beaches where located and had a really nice attitude, very thankful for him and the hotel staff!
