In case of lost keys or keys left inside the property a charge of 50€ during business hours and 75€ during non-business hours will be applied. The new keys are to be collected at the office. When checking out, no rubbish should be left inside property otherwise a charge of 150€ will be applicable. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain, before arrival date a link for registration will be sent. The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Comfortable stay in relaxing chilled area"

We liked the size and space in the house - we particularly liked the garden area with the pergola to get some shade - plenty of sun loungers and seating for a large group

The early check out caused us some problems - as a group of 8 without a car we couldn’t get to the office to store luggage as it was too far away - also the villa is in a quiet area so had to get taxis in town which was challenging with a large group

Superb stay at this villa! It was exceptionally clean and came with most of the things you would need for an enjoyable stay.(Would recommend taking an extra dish towel, the one provided got very well used) The location is great-so quiet, but with easy transport links to local spots. Highly recommend!

The location of the bins wasn’t easily identified and when I queried this with the rental company a pin-drop location which had already been provided was sent again. The pin drop was at the bus stop. I think a photo of the area with the bins would make the location of the bins easier to identify. If you don’t have a car, the bins are around a 5 minute walk from the villa, which with heavy rubbish bags can prove to be quite a trek in the heat!

Lovely spacious villa. Very clean and well equipped.

There are a few local places to eat but it’s over a 2km walk into Alcúdia town. You might need a car or bike (as we had)

This property is outstanding, everything was fastidiously clean and it has all the amenities you require for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are well appointed and en-suite, with the 2 upstairs bedrooms having access to 2 separate terraces. The living area was huge, 3 large dining areas, 2 indoors (living area and kitchen) and one outdoor dining area. The pool and garden were beautifully maintained, with a separate outdoor lounge area. It was close to shops/restaurants and Alcudia old town was a 10min taxi ride away. 10/10, if I could rate it higher I would! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
