Private balcony with sea and mountain views. Quiet location but near to main strip. Nice cool main living room and little bits like coffee, dishwasher tablets and others made it very comfortable and enjoyable

The villa was fine and it's location was perfect for both access to all the main attractions and to and from the airport. The facilities in the property are excellent with all the things that you need to use either inside or out. It has ample space and lots of kitchen tools for your own cooking uses which makes for interesting mealtimes. The air-con upstairs was nice along with the upstairs toilet available too. The terrace was used extensively for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Solarium is an absolute sun trap and was brilliant!.

We asked if there was extra clean towels anywhere and were told that new fresh towels would be given to us half way through our stay. Unfortunately, NO clean towels were delivered to us at all during the 2 week stay and no one came to deliver anything!. Also when we arrived we discovered that the TV would not show any tv channels. The radio channels were there but no pictures would show from any source from the antenna regardless of settings. When I reported this fault I was asked to provide pictures of all the connections into the tv and any dialog messages on the tv screen which displayed either 'No signal' or 'HD Service'. The Hosts agreed that the tv looked to be faulty and they would contact the owner to apply for a new one. So, 2 weeks and no tv!. There also appears on the ad for the property that there is an air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms along with the one in the livingroom. This is incorrect, the one that WAS in the bedroom is no longer there.

Property is really tired. Lots of cracked floor tiles, really uncomfortable couch and chairs in the living room. No English channels on the TV (not a massive deal cause your in Spain!). Screen in upper bathroom shower is cracked. Have stayed at this villa before this visit - both times we asked for a second set of key and were assured they would be provided but never were. Makes staying here problematic unless you're doing everything together as the front door only locks with a key. Asked the letting agent to have a set there well in advance of arriving - confirmed they would be there but they were not. Contacted them about it when I arrived but they just said they didn't have a spare set. Really crappy service.

The villa was within easy walking distance to the beach.

The villa smelt very musty on arrival and we had to keep the windows and doors open to frees up the smell. The bedding looked old and also did not smelt fresh, when after the first week I asked when the service would come in to change the bedding and towels (which happens in EVERY apartment/villa we have used over the past 10 years) we were told this was not a 4 or 5 star hotel and if we wanted maid service it would cost an extra 50 euros! We were told spare bedding/towels were in the wardrobe to change ourselves, and when we got these out again these were old and not that fresh, had not been ironed, just folded up and tossed in the wardrobe. There were cracks in the floor tiling in the main room which were quite bad so you could not walk round in bare feet without fear of cutting your feet (the same in the floor tiling outside the front door). The upstairs second bathroom was unusable due to the shower being old and not very clean and having a large crack in the glass shower cubical, also to toilet did not work properly and we had to turn the water off as it just keep running when flushed. This was the worse accommodation and service we have expensed whilst coming to Lanzarote over the past 10 years. We would defiantly NOT recommend visiting this place.

Really enjoyed my stay here.....the villa other properties in the area have a definite 'Laurel Canyon' vibe....; Mature trees and just a hint of hippy chic!. The balcony has a see view and the location is just perfect. From landing at airport to front door was 33 minutes...; 2 separate toilets/showers is a massive boon...;

Can't find fault at all, especially for the price I paid and how late my booking was before arrival. Oh!....TV/Satellite was a bit hit & miss....but wasn't bothered about that.....just had the radio channels on.

Great location , near beach but totally quiet. Very private, sea view and shaded terrace. Comfortable bed, good wifi. Two bathrooms, outside shower. Sunbeds and parasol. Near a Spar.
