Great location. As described with great communication from the agents.

Location. Quite residential road but only 2 minutes walk to the main strip

Location is excellent

It was very central for everything, & nice quiet. The Villa was good, although there were a few niggles. 1, we couldn’t get the electric hob to work, & there were no instructions available. We couldn’t get the tv to work, although we weren’t desperate for it. 2, The downstairs shower base was very slippy when wet, there should of been a shower grip mat, 3; the downstairs sink plug didn’t work properly, we had to lift the plug to let the water to drain, where it should be automatic when pressed. 4, we never saw a cleaner, there were no change of bedding, in the thirteen days we were there. 5, the upstairs bathroom toilet didn’t work properly, a relative had to play around with it , so it would flush properly. Over all these were only a few niggles, if fixed it is a lovely place to stay. Regarding the PIN code to enter the Villa wasn’t the one I received when first booked, it was 8614, & when we arrived we couldn’t get in with that number, so had to ring the owners & we got the correct number, otherwise we would of been stranded. Maybe in future someone should meet& greet the customers. Then the taxi we or booked didn’t turn up at the time we advised, it was over an hour before he turned up, and then had a long walk to get into the taxi., he thought we were going to Teguise, when we were staying in Puerto del Carmen. We wouldn’t pre book a taxi next time, there were plenty of taxis lining up outside the airport.we cancelled our taxi for the return journey, because we had no faith in them turning up for the return journey.!

Apart from the few niggles we had with the property, we would go back there, it was in a lovely quiet area, but near enough to shops & restaurants, and the atmosphere on the strip, was very lively at night, everyone being happy. It was great,& the weather was fabulously hot & sunny all the time.

Fantastic location. Great room inside and outside the house. We'll be back.

no lighting in upstairs bathroom lounge floor - cracked tiles and uneven very uncomfortable sofas no Wi-Fi poor tv package aircon only in lounge very unpleasant smell in bathroom downstairs wardrobes smelt stale sun beds very uncomfortable

was extremely clean , comfortable and great views . the property is great with security and we felt safe with our belongings. it was extremely quiet considering it was only 2 streets from the centre of town .

the Wi-Fi was the only letdown in the property and we couldn’t get the tv to work but that is about all I can find fault with this apartment.

Really nice and quiet area but only a couple of minutes walk to the main strip, unexpected sea view was a bonus 😊 far bigger than I expected, I'd definitely be recommending to friends looking at visiting Lanzarote, and will keep the contact for my own future visits. For us it was perfect, and the little arrival gifts left for us were a lovely touch.

There is nothing I can complain about, it was spot on 😊
