Villa Bahía Meloneras

Oliver is fantastic and was a great commentator sending detailed information on how to get there. He had a welcome bottle of wine, fruit and goodies for us which was really nice. He set the tone for a great start to the holiday.The place was super clean and very well stocked, umbrellas and beach towels were available.the bed was very comfortable. Internet and smart TV were available but with the pool and beach on the doorstep and beautiful outside space they were little used.The balcony was great to eat on and the pool in the complex was really clean. There are lots of sun beds and umbrellas there and it is very pleasant. There is a small beach with coffee shop restaurants and a lovely small supermarket/ ATM there. The walk to the main beach and town area is beautiful and not far. For us it was great and we would really recommend it. All of the reviews are accurate and the scores shown are 100% correct.

Nothing really. Everything was clean and good quality.The bathroom was really clean and this was great.

Space in the house is very good, 7of us stayed here for a cycling trip. Very close to a supermercado for food and drinks. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, and there are several layers of bed clothing depending on If its cool or hot. 3 bathrooms / toilets is great to have for so many guests. Private pool is lovely every afternoon. Grounds are safe and quiet, there are no late night noises and drunk people coming home at 4am :-) Having some washing liquid, dishwasher capsules , kitchen towels and bin bags was so helpful to have in arrival. The wine gift was also a nice touch

While we really enjoyed our stay and proximity to shops and restaurants we found the following point somewhat bothersome but we would still stay here again . For 7 people staying there did not seem to be sufficient bowls to eat breakfast or glasse for drinks. Synthetic Grass near pool is quite uneven and difficult to walk over safely unfortunately. The sliding door in the upstairs bathroom is very hard to open and close. It feels Like it has come off the rail. The front patio door lock feels insecure when locked, and that it could be easily forced open. . The oven needs one or two more trays to cook on If there are several people staying. When we stayed in the complex last year we were also given a key fob to park the car which was included in the package.

Villa 180 was a great size villa for 6 to 8 people with open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Well equipped kitchen Lots of areas to sit outside: balcony, terraces, gardens. Small pool with 4 sunbeds 2 basement bedrooms (no view) 2 first floor bedrooms, one with balcony and views of the sea Right behind the villa are super communal use pools Good supermarket within walking distance Taxi to Maspalomas only 4.5euro To Playa del Ingles 10euro And readily available outside the hotel across the road from the complex

A large kettle would have been great as we had to boil water on the hob Some extra wine glasses The beach / seafront promenade was a short walk away but the sea in this area difficult for swimming due to pebbles We could see from photos that the villa has a roof top terrace but unfortunately this area is prohibited

Oliver arranged for me to contact him directly when we had left the airport and he met us at the apartment. It all went very well.

Nothing really. If you could have perfection then perhaps a small improvement could be having a second bathroom or a small toilet.

The house was very nice and spacious, equipped with everything needed for our stay. Host is very communicative, helpful and reacts rapidly on unexpected problems (ie. our induction hob got broken but new one was mounted on the very next day). Very nice surrounding with 2 swimming pools and jacuzzi. Highly recommended!!

We stayed in a self catering house and there was a really good supermarket Mercadona, 10 minutes walk away.

We stayed in Melonaras, 2 klms and too far from the centre of Maspolomas. Our house was overlooked at the back, the front and the side. The sun was blocked out with so many houses around us in the complex, unless we went up on the rooftop! A rat came into our restaurant from the beach in Melonaras, on our first night there.

Very spacious villa, 8 persons could easily fit in. We were 2 families, each had its floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Sea view from the balcony. Ground floor is ventilated therefore the air was always fresh. Kids playground is part of the complex. Location is good, close to the beach - 5 min walk. Very close to the highway and to a large supermarket. Parking not a problem, there was always a space on the street. I highly recommend the villa.

This villa is in a great location near the Meloneras beach and several restaurants and bars as well as only a 15 minute walk from the main area of Meloneras. It’s exactly as described and has plenty of room for 5 adults- the garden area is lovely to relax from and sheltered from the wind. It’s very well equipped and Letitia could not have been more helpful and accommodating. She hand delivered a new bbq and was helpful with communication regarding the pool maintenance work. As the pool was out of action during our stay she arranged day passes at hotels in the area. Such 5 star treatment 😎
