Good service beautiful place very friendly staff

I absolutely loved the service received from all that worked there. Food was amazing as well as the cocktails. I would not have enjoyed my stay if it wasn't for the staff.

I booked a tent for a glamping experience. 4 hours after checking in I saw 2 rats in my room and informed management who sent staff to assist. I was then moved into their bnb rooms for the night which I did not book for. I was in that predicament due to the properties lack of cleanliness, and I was not offered a refund or another night in future but a simple "we try to keep creatures out....". As owners and management, you need to do better and rectify the problem instead of telling me that I was given a room (which I did not book for) to compensate.

The view was exceptional

I payed for an executive suit. When I got there the room was next to their kitchen and bar, when try to lay a complain I was told to take my complain to booking.com . What pissed me the most is that when I made my own investigations asking people around about how much they paid for the secluded bankers I found out people paid way less than me. Nevertheless the entire trip was marvelous

Great location and friendly staff, not ideal for a small car getaway 😅

Just the drive to the top, it’s a bit hard to get up there
