I loved the view, it's surrounded by mountains.

The furniture was outdated, and the bed made irritating noises even with slight movement. The kettle was old and had visible residue. The food was average, but overpriced for the quality offered.

The room we were staying in... It was not clean at all, ohh the air con didn't even work also don't get me talking abt the electricity... Light kept on tripping we had to sleep before the planned time... And ohh woke up to shower with cold water because there were issues with electricity... Told the manager and the answer we got from him was "I will pass it on to management" and left it there..... If it was not for the fact that we booked already we wouldn't have slept there!!!!! Worst place ever to book in!!!!

I liked the views from the property.

I noticed some cleanliness issues, including mould on the pillow, stains on the duvet, and mould present on the shower floor. This did affect my overall comfort during the stay. The restaurant service was also slower than expected, and the pricing did not quite reflect the quality of the food. With some attention to housekeeping standards and service efficiency, this could be a much more pleasant experience for future guests.

Jacuzzi was not working, they don't change sheets when every morning, and they don't clean properly. We cleaned the toilet on our own
