Dixons Den Hot Tub

We loved our stay here. The caravan was very clean and comfortable. The location was great just 10 minutes from alnwick. We were left a bottle of wine on arrival which was lovely. We had netflx etc which was excellent. The hot tub was fantastic. We will definitely be back in the summer.

Nothing to dislike

Was a lovely location nice and quiet , loved the hot tub , Lovely and comfortable caravan , lovely and clean 🙂.

A bit more privacy for the hot tub would be good , no lights when it was dark on hot tub.

the location was great. the hot tub was lovely… someone checking in it each day was an added bonus. bathroom / toilet was very clean

we arrived and a half used water bottle had been left on the side, cutlery draw was dirty and not enough spoons for 6 guests. only 3 towels were left for 6 paying guests, one small bin bag was left in the bin but didn’t fit the bin… no others were left. no instructions were left for use of hot tub, no instructions until day before were left where to find bins…

Very clean and comfortable van. Lovely hot tub which was maintained everyday! Great location for all attractions and beach.

Could do with one big pan in the cupboard when cooking for 6 😂

The homely touches were nice along with the bottle of wine and box of chocolates on arrival.

I didn’t enjoy the attitude of the owner, booking.com said that check in was at 12 and check out was 12 which was one of the reasons I choose this one, yet the owner said check in was 3pm and check out was 10am and gave no leeway after I explained what booking.com had said. The actual caravan is a little dated and needs touched up here and there, the radiators look rusty, the cooker was chipped. It was lovely with the little homely touch but was not worth the money paid.
