Few issues but made a phone call and maintenence came out and sorted the problem

Nothing to do with the villa but the resort wasn't what we expected

Very spacious and ideal for a large family

Pool table is in a very bad condition

The privacy

A lot of problems Broken locks front door didn't lock, patio door didn't lock Hot water ran out Really noisy boiler outside main bedroom woke house every morning at 6am running till midnight they said it was normal!! FREEZING pool was meant be heated WiFi desperate Cinema room didn't work No tv channels

This was our third time staying in Ereza Villas in Caleta de Fuste. First two stays were in No.8. This stay was in No.11. Has all the mod cons which is why we like staying there. The pool is heated on the winter time which is great.

Although we didn’t use the pool table that was outside. It could have been either replaced or removed. It was beyond repair and looked like it was just left to the elements over time. It was more of an eye sore than anything. The bed in the pergola wasn’t very clean. Again we don’t use this. Obviously a lot of people use the Villa but attention should be given to these things. Other than that we couldn’t fault it.

The wifi didn't work had to get somebody out , the safe was broken on arrival and took 10 days to repair , with not having any wifi the t v was useless, When eventually we got up and running the volume in the cinema room wouldn't work again that was repaired by the maintenance guy 2 weeks in to our 3 week stay , we couldn't use the roof terrace as it was gated and locked , the pool table is rubbish , the large sun bed is dirty . I'm not one to complain however you have asked for my opinion I do believe the I should get some compensation due the €5000 I payed and the villa not up to the the spec it should of been as per the addvisorizement

Location was good. Pool was great once heated

No air con in the cinema room for the kids beds not very comfortable

The whole villa was fabulous. We were a group of 5 and had plenty space for all of us. The location was great too - walking distance to restaurants and bars and near to the Tuesday/Saturday Market location. Taxi from centre to villa around €4.

We got moved to another villa as fault with pool before we went , lovely villa

Nothing it were perfect , only thing were a little distance from everything but didn’t mind a we had a car
