Spacious and clean. Customer service was brilliant

The kitchen knives were not particularly sharp.

Like - the facilities were great, pool was warm, rooms were spacious and clean, cinema room was great, location was good, close (walkable) to all amenities, the kitchen facilities were well equipped. Dislike - the pool table needs some attention (not level and ball return collapsed), the table tennis table had not bats or balls. No welcome pack or information in the property. Front door handle and one window needed fixing. Main dislike was the lack of communication prior to arriving, we submitted our arrival time and expected to received the code for the door but had no correspondence, on arrival to the resort the phone number provided was turned off and we could not get in to the property. In the end we went to the hotel and the receptionist (Leo) was exceptionally helpful and got it sorted for us.

The vila was so beautiful bright and spacious. It’s in a great location and the host couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating.

The property sits in the popular resort of caleta de fuste, very quiet and safe. We had everything we needed which made our holiday special. The host was very attentive and happy to help in any way.

We loved the peace and quiet. The villa was a superb size and was very comfortable. We loved the additional facilities including the table tennis table, the pool table and we absolutely loved the swimming pool.

We found the property hard to find even with the instructions that were sent to us. Once we got used to where it was it was fine but it took us a good while to find it! The cinema sound system wasn't producing sound but it was not an essential facility so we didn't worry about it but it would have been nice if it had have worked just because it was an nice extra facility in this property.

I liked the location and how clean the villa was Beds were comfy. Great shower. Cinema room was a great touch

Not many kitchen utensils. For example no small pans, oven trays or jug. Every villa I have stayed in have provided beach towels so I didn’t bring any, this one didn’t have any Pool cues didn’t have tips until the cleaner gave us new ones after 2 days. Then we found out the balls got stuck in the pool table. Not much sun at certain times of the day
