The villa was well equipped no a/c or fan in main living areas, but the bedrooms were covered

Was difficult to find on the complex, due to no street names, arriving in the dark made it more complicated

EVERYTHING, Extras like a speaker in the covered area with the bed beside the pool. The cinema room was unreal & the Pool table & Table tennis all a bonus

Cannot praise this villa and host enough . Villa was outstanding with everything you needed to make it an excellent holiday. Large open sitting room with a lovely pool area. The location is terrific, with a 15-minute walk to all the amenities. The cinema room is terrific. What a wonderful addition to the villa. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you

Nothing, perfect from start to finish

Super Villa was overall was excellent, lovely pool, gardens and inside very nice. Spacious, very well kept really overall very good. A little bit of paradise inside Gates.

Hate writing this, as the villa was really great, so only as improvements I write this not as a complaint. Sofa was uncomfortable, beds just about ok..kitchen utensils poor, pots pans.. etc Area outside gate/ around the villa wasn't great, paths roads ( works ongoing ), lights at night poor, rubbish, dogs dirt on paths, overall area up to villa wasn't nice if walking until you reached the town main area down close to beach.

We have been to Fuerteventura serval times and ensure to always rent a villa where this villa is located. The previous villas give you comfort and privacy, this villa just wasn’t up to the same standards. I would book the previous villas I stayed in but would not rebook this one. The only positive was the warm heated pool

We were sold the incorrect villa, don’t go by the images as the image on site is not the villa you will receive. We were given villa no8 which offered absolutely zero privacy as the owner of the villa to the rear (which has a Belgium flag mounted) has a clear view into your villa. Other villas have added privacy as wooden panels prevent other people from being able to look into your garden. My wife was sunbathing on several occasions and the person in the villa walked the length of the wall to gaze in. my wife felt uncomfortable and eventually gave up on sunbathing as she was unable to relax in the comfort of what was sold as a “private garden”. The same villa to the rear also puts out bird feed for the local pigeons which will have them flocking all day into your garden and around your belongings if they are left out.

Villa Alicia 10. The villa inside and outside was very good. The pool was clean and warm, garden was very quiet and private. The location was excellent and even though there was work going on over the road, we were not disturbed by it.

In the kitchen there were not enough cutlery, china and glasses. There were 6 of us and when we ate together there were no spare ones to use if needed. There was not six of each size glasses. Only one tray in the oven . Although I must praise Salem Oubit, when I requested an extra tray, hangers and pillows. They were delivered that day.

The villa was immaculate and situated a short walk to the shops, restaurants etc. The property was very private and had so many extra features that weren’t advertised e.g cinema room and double garden lounging sofa and roof terrace. It was exceptional value for money and would highly recommend this villa. Customer services were excellent and nothing was a bother.

The Villa was very clean, modern, private and nice and quiet. The staff were very helpful whenever we had any requests. I loved that we had our own private swimming pool and also cinema room. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10.
