The pool, the space, and the outside area.

Really sad to leave this review as it was our 2nd visit (pre refurbishment I rated it 8 out of 10) but sadly I feel it is important to warn others, as whilst the property had clearly undergone a refurbishment, it was even more clear we were the first guests post completion, as it was very dusty in the whole property. On day 1 the WiFi did not work, so the new Cinema room was not usable. The sofa in the lounge looked like it had been left in the property whilst it was renovated, and was beyond uncomfortable. Of the 2 keys for the patio door, one was snapped, and the other had no handle/fob so was hard to operate. Someone was sent to fix the WiFi and did fix it (should have been sorted pre arrival) however, the worst was yet to come, as on day 2 we established that one of the 2 toilets was leaking, which came to light due to the horrible smell. We asked for it to be fixed, and again the following day someone was sent, but despite attempting to fix, it was not, and despite various communication, without further disrupting our holiday, we were restricted to 1 toilet as a family of 5. With 3 young children who often wake early, this very much spoilt what was otherwise a lovely break in Fuerteventura. There were other issues as well, and during the stay we were informed we would be compensated for the various inconveniences, however it seems these were just words as subsequently they have informed us nothing worthy of compensation, so beware. Also, for an FYI, the previous bookings that reference pool table and table tennis table are no longer relevant, they are no longer at the property.

Excellent location, only a 10 minute walk into the main town. Great layout, spacious living and outside space.

We booked this villa for the sole reason that it came with a heated private pool. As a family with a small child, this would have been fantastic but from the very beginning we had problems with the pump. We informed the owners on the first day that the pool was absolutely freezing and the pump was not on. To be fair they did respond by the second day and sent someone from maintenance out. However, again the pump was not working on our return to the villa. We were then informed that they could not fix it and that the pump installation company would have to come out to look at the pump. They came out on the Thursday and the pool finally began to warm up on the Friday which was our last full day! We asked several times if we could have a late checkout on the Saturday so that we could at least have the morning with a pool that was finally heated but no response was forthcoming so we had to check out at 10am which was very disappointing. The whole villa could just do with a bit of tlc and a deep clean. Obviously having building work carried out all around the villa makes it difficult to stop dust on all the outside surfaces. The oven smokes and is very slow but we mainly used the hob or ate out.

Excellent villa and facilities, easy to communicate with, quick responce with any questions, good location peaceful area, close to shops and bars, not to far from the beaches. A great holiday experience for all age groups of the family. Pool temp was lovely could swim at any time.

Tv package wasn't the best for English speaking channels but not a big problem
