Nice and private, very spacious.

Aircon didn't work properly, parasol looked like it was twenty years old. No chopping board. Pool not cleaned enough, no access to roof terrace. Most disappointing thing was that all the 'extras' people talk about in other reviews such as the pool table, table football and cinema room don't come with this villa....These are only included if you book through Villa Plus so please don't believe other reviews as they shouldn't be associated with this villa. I contacted Ereza...nothing they could do or offer us... We love Caleta so it hasn't put us off, just disappointed us.

The bed was really comfortable

We arrived at the villa and it was a bit dirty. The wifi and Tv didn’t work and informed the management. They supplied the correct wifi password but Tv remained unusable. There was also building works going on outside the villa and we were not informed of this. So our relaxing break ended up being a noisy one, no Tv or wifi so spent most of the time out of the villa which was a huge shame as we were really looking forward to a relaxing break.

Very spacious With everything you need

The facilities were top class. The table Tennis and pool tables were great for entertainment during the day. The Movie room was top class as it felt like being at cinema. However, we didn't use it often as the weather was really good. It was only a 10-minute walk down to the main town whether there were plenty of bars and restaurants. Overall, we loved the villa. it was really comfortable and was well maintained.

Unfortunately, during our stay there was a lot of work ongoing beside the villa with diggers and a rock breaker making a lot of noise from 8am from Monday to Friday. The noise decreased as the days passed but it was definitely detrimental to our peace and quiet. and enjoyment. I realise that this work will definitely improve the roads and footpaths, but it was unfortunate that it coincided with our stay. As other reviewers have stated the villa is in the flight path of planes landing a few miles away and this is maybe something to take into account before booking.

been here a few times very enclosed Villa and everything you need

can’t fault the villa but next years price has gone up by £500 for a week All because they have put a Cinema room in which we never used.Apart from that it’s a beautiful villa 10/10 👍🏻
