Villa Sávila

The location of the villa is superb. Right across from the beach and about 100m from the main bar/restaurant area. The pool is literally at the back door and shared by 5-6 properties. There is ample space for parking and plenty of sun beds. The rooms are spacious with plenty of dining areas and a nice roof terrace. The pool Was superb and very quiet and private.

The living room couches were a little Uncomfortable and some of the chairs and electrical appliances may need updating. The Wi-Fi was very poor quality and not usable in bedrooms or for streaming.The toaster caused a trip switch which discovered and contacted the property manager about which they replaced. The door doesn’t have any physical keys but a wireless code on your phone. May be tricky if you run out of battery or mobile data. The close proximity of the bars means very loud live music until about 12.the health club across the road also plays very loud music for outside workouts…not the best for tranquility to read or relax. We didn’t mind but I imagine it would be a pain for the local residents.

Fantastic location and spacious villa. The garden area and roof top bathing area is brilliant. The place was very clean and well equipped.

The rear patio doors did not lock making the property insecure. This had been mentioned by previous reviews over a year ago, and it was disappointing to see that this had not been rectified. My party consisted of all adults, but it was very concerning that the property was not securable.

Superb 4 bedroom villa in the best area of Caleta de Fuste. A minutes walk from both Castillo beach and the Centro Commercial, the property has lots of space both indoors and out. Multiple terrace areas with lots of sun loungers and a wonderful community pool with direct access from the private garden. A very tranquil location, will definitely recommend to others and hope to return ourselves

The indoor furniture would not be suitable for a large group of 8. There is plenty of space to have a couple of couches and armchairs, The wifi is insufficient to support the streaming services on the TV and does not work in the bedrooms. Only one shelf in the oven made cooking larger meals a bit tricky.

The location is exceptional, next to the beach and across from all the bars and restaurant. It’s in a really central location, but was still quiet and private. There are composite shutters on the windows, which completely black out the bedrooms of an evening. I am quite a light sleeper, but had a couple of lie-ins, as the sun didn’t wake me up. We had a couple of rainy spells, but as part of the patio is covered, we were still able to sit outside. We never struggled to park right outside.

There doesn’t seem to be any hot water to the kitchen sink. There were quite a lot of cigarette stumps in the garden boarders. The pool area was lovely, but the water was too cold for us to get in (December)

The location

It wasn't clean when we arrived, no welcome pack, we had to contact the maintenance people the day after arrival as back patio door would not lock, there was a dead bird on roof above seating area which was a health hazard, the door was repaired however that lasted one day then asked again to repair which was not done l, so one person out of our family had to stay in the villa for security reasons which is unacceptable as we were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday and could not all go out together, then the water pipe burst outside and response was not good enough as had no water for a few hours, no toilet facilities, no washing facilities which again is unacceptable overall a disappointing stay.

Lovely villa, very spacious inside and out, easy access to swimming pool, very close to the beach and restaurants and shops, couldn't fault it.
