Villa Sávila

location, private pool, sun lounge, safe area, quiet

no Internet or it wasn't working, new toaster needed, kettle too small.

We stayed in the villa last November and booked for this year as soon as we returned. the villa is so close to all amenities. we love the architecture and roominess, the pool was so clean and we only saw 3 other people while we were there.

Unfortunately there were a couple of things which seemed to have been neglected in the last year. The rear door was very hard to lock and looked like someone had tried to break in. Luckily my son has long arms and was able to reach over the front gate to open it as the external latch was not working. The gate to the pool had a problem with the external lock ant the kitchen light worked sometimes and not others. All of the above , however, did not affect our holiday enjoyment

After years of walking past this villa and checking every year for it be available on the dates I needed, we finally got it . Villa Sávila didn’t disappoint , plenty of room inside and outside for my family of 7. Access to the shared pool was a bonus. The two ladies who came to change the sheets and towels after our first week didn’t just do that they even cleaned the floors. All question were answered very promptly. Location is excellent you are literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute for the first lot of great bars that Caleta has to offer. There are 6 sunbeds on a little grass area by the gate to the pool and 4 further more on the roof terrace. A great barbecue at the front which we did make use of and a sitting area too. The villa made us so relaxed that some night we just stayed in with a glass or two of sangria playing cards on the large table at the back of the villa.

The size and the layout were really good. Had everything we needed and the location was superb.

No path to the pool. Shower broken, no air conditioning. Dated furniture.

This property was amazing! such a beautiful villa with the best pool!

Great location everything you needed was there allowed us to check in early which made a great difference

Could do with a little updating but it's very spacious and was perfect for our needs

The location

no clean bedding in the villa. the blankets in the cupboard smell like they have not been cleaned, and two of the roof fans don't work, and we have lots of cockroaches everywhere,brown water In the bath, the code doesn't work at front door and back door unreliable. The toilet doesn't flash properly. I'm not very happy with this.when we booked this, we expected a premium villa or at least a clean villa without cockroaches and ants. And power cuts

The location is perfect, right in the centre of town opposite the beach. The pool although shared was like having a private pool because nobody else used it but if they did it was big enough to not cause any issues. The roof terrace was excellent for the sun all day and private. Everything you would need ie kitchen utensils was there. The correspondence we had with the owner was good and everything such as access on the first day went to plan

The only thing that we did not like was the sofa and chair was not comfortable when you wanted to sit in the lounge.
