"Great villa close to all amenities"

Great villa in perfect quiet location within a short stroll of the Rubicon Marina. The service from Kamal and his team is always spot on with every issue handled promptly and efficiently. The outdoor area has been enhanced this year by the addition of two tables and chairs in the bbq area. Our grandchildren love the large pool. The opening of the new Aldi supermarket just over a mile away has improved the shopping experience. This is our third visit, and we will definitely be going again.

"Perfect place to access all that Marina Rubicon has to offer."

The villa host's communication before, during and after was exceptional, we were allowed to check in early as no-one was there the day before. The villa was spotless and very well equipped and we were in walking distance from all the shops, restaurants and bars you could possibly need. The pool was heated and very warm and the villa was very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

the location is excellent. the villa is on a quiet side street. the bathrooms are upgraded and there is plenty of hot water available.

a dishwasher would have been useful. the living room couch is very soft to sit on. the kitchen could benefit from more utensils

Excellent location being just 5 minutes from Marina Rubicon and in a quiet location. The villa was very clean and internal space worked very well for our group of three and will easily accommodate six. The outdoor space was excellent and the pool superb. Kamal was very helpful and responsive to any messages during our stay. Would certainly book again in the future. Thanks Kamal.

Location, Facilities had everything we needed for a perfect relaxing Holday. Best Heated pool we've ever had. Exceptionally Clean Lovely touches providing Water & condiments for our arrival

At to come home. Lol If l at to say something it would be lack of information of what's around Taxie numbers, bus times etc. Maybe a Guest book that people could leave tips in would be a good idea.
