Size, location, cleanliness. Exceptional and efficient responses from Kamal on two issues resolved quickly and effectively.

Noise in third bedroom from adjoining property, due to TV located on the other side of wall. Bad neighbours not bad villa! 😂

For the two of us - friends - it was perfect. The pool size, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and bbq area it was very comfortable. You can hear the neighbours very clearly but it’s not a party area so mostly this meant no noise after 11pm and it was private despite that. We loved Kamal, so helpful and felt the place was pretty perfect for our 3 night stay. Oh and being able to park on site was fab.

Some of the basic bits need to be updated or replaced. There’s no sharp knives… there was no working bottle opener (Kamal saved us) and only 2 wine glasses. I think providing a few coals and basics like salt and pepper would be good.

Tiny swimming pool..old metal beds…huge mirror fell off the wall in one of the bathrooms in the middle of the night glass everywhere(to be fair they did come round and sort it for us)

Lovely size pool, nice and warm water. Location close to marina with bars and restaurants. In a quiet area so peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances etc.

The location, the villa, the pool. We did not hire a car. We took a taxi €50 from the airport to the villa. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. The villa is secure and very private, the pool is not overlooked. It was end of August and the water was perfect. The lounge is very comfortable, full Sky TV, radio with wall speakers. Kitchen more than enough equipment and utensils. Washing machine, pegs, drying area outside. No dishwasher but it wasn't a problem. 3 bedrooms, 2 double, one twin. A family bathroom and one en-suite. Hairdryers x 2. Whole place spotless. Aircon throughout but chose ceiling fan at night as silent. Communication with Kamal great - thank you. Walk to Rubicon Marina, 5-10 mins. Walk to bus stop - 2 mins then a regular No. 30 Bus to the centre of Playa Blanca. Bus is 5 mins. Or a 20 min walk. A great break and would highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike

Fantastic villa with everything you need! Comfortable stay for 6 people, with all the amenities you need. Pool is lovely and clean and a great size. Marina is great and only a ten minutes walk, there are lovely beaches close by and Playa Blanca is about 20 minutes walk away. Supermarket and shops are close by! Great location & villa, thoroughly enjoyed pur stay !
