Villa Webb

The villa is in an excellent position. Very near to the beach, restaurants and bars. Towels and beach towels were supplied. Our stay was fine and apart from a few things detailed below, the villa was ok.

We were 6 people and the electric water heater is not an adequate size that everyone can shower without going cold. It was also leaking from the valve at the bottom of the tank.There was a bowl underneath the heater that we had to empty each day, otherwise it would overflow. There were glasses for beer and water, but no wine glasses at all. The washing machine was not working. It was very strange that each bed had a mattress cover ,but no sheets or pillow cases at all were supplied. It's as if the cleaners had forgotten to make the beds completely. The villa could do with some basic maintenance. The window handle in the downstairs bedroom kept falling off because a screw was missing. A drawer front in the kitchen is loose and is ready to fall off. These are things that previous guests have mentioned in their reviews, some from over a year ago,but have not been attended to. A maintenance man could sort the place out in a couple of hours..

It is a beautiful place to stay. Great location, close to restaurants, beach. A great place for couples or young families. Everything you needed in the villa and very clean. Will definitely be back

Villa was clean and comfortable, with everything you could need , Diego was an excellent host and communication was great , even after we caused an issue with the alarm . Would certainly stay again .

Nothing really

Loved the inclusion of pool at same level as outdoor dining with 2 entrances and exits to main living area and downstairs of villa. Also Diego very responsive to fix small issues. Also location great for beach, parking and strip.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Web everything was perfect and it is only a small distance of the main strip, 5 minute walking distance to the beach and restaurants. When I contacted our host on WhatsApp I got a response very quickly.

We had no dislikes about our stay.

We loved that everything was there, even essentials so we didn't have to shop straight away, washing liquid, dish washer tablets, Pool floats, everything we needed to use the BBQ. We were really happy.

Single negative was not knowing how to use the washing machine, maybe an explanation in a few more languages.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk down to the main strip and beach area, and despite being so close, there was absolutely no noise at night. The pool and bbq area are great, comfortable with plenty of seating options and a real sun trap through the day. The check-in information from the host was helpful and informative, and it was handy to have the videos sent showing the key location etc in advance.

Overall everything is in need of maintenance and upgrading. Really obvious things like blinds hanging off in the sunroom, broken ornaments, lamps next to beds but no sockets, broken kitchen cabinets, pillows with ripped covers, or no covers at all on them etc. If these simple things were fixed, it would make such a huge difference to the quality and comfort of the villa. We alerted the host to a broken bed (unusable as one leg was completely broken off as per other reviews), broken fan and faulty air conditioning as soon as we arrived but received no reply until the next day. The bed frame and fan were replaced, but as per other reviews, the air conditioning still does not work downstairs and was not fixed. The only aircon is in the two upstairs bedrooms, nowhere else and the pay as you go box to activate it (1 euro for 3 hours) doesnt always work. I was surprised and disappointed to encounter these issues because they had been raised in previous reviews, so I hoped they'd have been addressed.
