Villa Webb

Location was great. Very quiet, and still close to the strip. Very private, the pool and outdoor area is really nice. Villa is a bit dated, but very clean.

Air con in the downstairs bedroom does not work. It stops after about 10 mins of running. This is 2 years in a row, as we stayed here last year also, and has still not been fixed. No change of bedding sheets was provided during the 11 nights that we stayed. We asked our host one the second week, but got no response. Note, we did receive a change of bedding the first year, just not this time.

It is in a good location and the outside area is very good with a large pool and a covered area with a table and chairs

Unfortunately the property is in need of some serious maintenance. The Air Con in the bedroom doesn’t work, the leg fell off my child’s bed (which wasn’t repaired when we asked), the kitchen units are falling apart, the bathroom is old and dated and isn’t clean, i stayed here a few years ago and it was lovely but the walls are filthy everywhere now and it clearly isn’t maintained very well.

Beautiful property quiet area beautiful clean pool and outside area. The property had everything we needed for our stay and was fully equipped.

Cleanliness - needs a deep clean. Had to go buy bleach and put it down the toilets. Clean hair from showers. Shower curtain downstairs filthy - needs replacing or washing Although we were allowed into the villa early it wasn’t clean. Needs a thorough clean Diego was brilliant throughout the booking process and with the information he gave out. Sorted a leaking boiler out the same day Just needs a really good clean. Tile grout in showers / BBQ was filthy although we never intended using it not nice to look at !

It was great for everyone to have space.

Lots of fun stuff to do nearby, bowling, the beach, bars and places to eat. Good location and away from noise at night

Air conditioning is hard to figure out but unnecessary

The beds were very comfy. Spacious covered outside area with dining table and chairs. Additional sitting area attached to main bedroom. All bedrooms decent size with double wardrobes and chest of drawers. TV access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Good sized pool. Washing machine has a rapid wash programme and lots of hanging space for wet washing to dry.

No instructions on how to work TV! TV quite high on wall opposite a small 2 seater settee. Other corner settee across the other side of the room at odd angle to TV. Sunbeds not very long. I am 5ft 4inches and just managed not to hang over the edge of them. Hot water didn't last long enough for 5 of us to shower each day. Not enough electric sockets available bedside - majority located at opposite end of room! Previous guests partly used drinks, cooking oil, etc left in villa.

We liked everything about the property it was clean comfortable and location was perfect. Fantastic value for money would definitely stay again.
