Comfortable houses Playa Roca beachfront access

Very spacious apartment the host enrique was very helpful with any questions I had. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean.

It was quite far out from the centre but we didn’t mind the walk.

I liked it that the complex was situated near the sea but wasn't right in amongst the noise of the strips. I felt the unit was well stocked with equipment for self catering. Bus stops are directly outside. Little supermarket is very close for supplies. It has a smart TV that you can adapt to English which was decent.

On arrival the foyer was like an abandoned building (you get your keys directly next to it as no one is there on arrival) Literally full of dust and dirt on the floor of the entrance to the complex (not a good first impression)The unit we were given (for a 2 week stay) was right next to a car park with a tiny outside space that didnt get hardly any sun,regardless of the time of day. So you couldn't use it to lie out in etc. The bedsheets/towels weren't changed for a 2 week holiday. One worn out/brittle plastic chair collapsed (in the small yard) when i sat on it and i bruised myself. The bathroom was filthy and needs a complete overhaul. The bed was supplied for small people. I'm 6.2 and my feet were left lying on a very uncomfortable wooden frame at the bottom end. If you're over 5 ft 9 you'd have an issue. The bar adjacent to the pool isn't open, so the site is literally dead and it doesn't inspire you to use the pool itself. The photos and online impressions are misleading and we weren't given a good unit on the site which was disappointing, especially as we were there for 2 weeks . Wouldn't recommend ... thanks rory.

Beautiful apartment all beds very comfy, modern throughout everything you need for a stay

The house was we'll stocked with coffee making options and super close to shops and restaurants. The best beaches were a bit farther along the coastal walk than we realized. Son't give up. It's there to the left and gorgeous.

It was clean and well equipped. It felt safe.

The instructions for entry were wrong. There was no one to ask for help, no reception. There was a pool bar and coffee shop but it was closed for the whole duration of our stay.

We loved everything about this bungalow, the area, the facilities all great. plenty of places to eat out locally as well as in the center a short walk away.
