Comfortable houses Playa Roca beachfront access

Enrique was so accommodating and helpful. The place had absolutely anything you may need or want ! The amenities - Close pool. Close beach. Close shop - peaceful safe area We were stunned at how amazing it was. 100/10 Best place we ever booked through booking.com by far!

There is always something we don't like but in this case everything was absolutely perfect.

The property was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfy, the shower was powerful and it had a well equipped kitchen 🙂 Enrique, was a great host. I had seen a review saying they couldn’t make contact with him, but we never had a problem and he was so helpful!

It was a little further out than we realised. Having someone in our party that struggled to walk! But then we realised the bus stop is right outside. And a taxi too centre was 3.18 euros so bother.

Quiet and pleasant location

Smell coming from the pipes like sewage. TV didn’t work. Washing machine was very loud when spinning.

Location: fantastic, pool view and attached to the seafront, beaches within walking distance. Apartment: clean and very welcoming. Owners' availability: top marks. We had a problem and it was promptly resolved. If you are traveling with disabled people, they provide a special plastic chair for use in the bathroom. They are truly unique!!!"

We booked as a couple, but the accommodation is for up to six people, I think (two double bedrooms and a sofa bed). It's a bungalow with a large patio area to the front, with a table and chairs, two loungers, and a large corner sofa. The interior is very spacious and really well-equipped. Aircon. TV with a couple of English channels. Great location with private parking. Agent/contact is very nice and extremely helpful. Offered for us to have late checkout at no extra cost. This is one of the best places we've stayed at in 25 years of travelling and we're hoping to return next year.

Nothing during our stay. For summer, it's worth noting that the aircon is only in the living room, but that wasn't an issue whilst we were there.

Safe, secure, compact. Good facilities, bottled water in fridge, coffee maker with pod’s available. There is a washing machine cleverly hidden behind a cupboard. Beds are comfortable, TV in all rooms

Only one bathroom for a family but nothing major

Our stay was fantastic! The villa was incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. The highlight was the exceptional host, who went above and beyond to assist us with some key difficulties—we truly appreciated his kindness and support. The only small areas for improvement would be the mattresses, which could be a bit more comfortable, and the walls, which could use a fresh coat of paint. However, these were minor details in an otherwise outstanding experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment, Enrique was the perfect host, always available should we need him, checked in with us a few times incase we might require anything.
